About Us
Rohman Development & Management were founded by Robert (Bob) Rohdie and a group of veteran professionals to develop multifamily, for-rent residential communities in the southeastern United States. These communities will range in size from 200+ apartments to 350+ apartments. Bob Rohdie and his team have developed over 30,000 apartments in the last 25 years in residential areas throughout the southeast.
The partners of Rohman Development & Management are convinced that there is an opportunity to create vibrant and thriving residential for-lease communities and they welcome the fun, fast-paced work environment that developing apartments brings to their lives. Rohman will identify sites, hire general contractors, arrange financing and oversee the construction of every development. All phases of marketing, lease-up and operations of the properties will be performed in-house by Rohman Management. Rohman plans to develop four to six multifamily, for-rent projects per year with a goal of developing 6,000± apartments over the next five years.
