Instructions

1. A $6.95 convenience fee will be added to all payments.
2. Complete all the fields in Step 1 and click Continue.
3. Complete all the fields in Step 2 and click Continue.
4. Click on continue and you will be taken to the credit card entry page on our credit card gateway's site. Complete the credit card information on that page, and then click on Submit Payment. From there your credit card information will be verified, your online payment will be accepted and you will be returned to our web site.
