You get this reaction from him even if you tell him there is no hurry. He is always ready to lend a hand and and has a positive attitude. It is a pleasure to be living at a place where the maintenance of the facility is cared for as well as Arch Street. What a great team you have!

Chris, the newest service engineer, came driving in his maintenance vehicle and did not just greet me, he halted and offered to take care of my trash and deposit it in the compactor for me. He is very friendly, and has an uplifting personality. He went beyond the call of duty. Actions such as this, is what gives Arch Street a good reputation.

He had a full line up of service requests that day and although I use the door quite frequently and would like to have it work better immediately, I told him that it could wait - it was definitely not a priority. He remembered and came back and fixed it without me asking. That is great customer service and most appreciated!
